I agree, but Metallica fans don't realize that at least it was unique, and imo much better than the boring albums Metallica craped after black album. I bet Lou Reed fans weren't happy too, but at least they didn't give death threats to Metallica.

Lulu is a joint album between Lou Reed and Metallica.

It's terrible in my opinion, but whatever, it's existence isn't bothering.

Lou Reed isn't anything special. He has a few good songs, but Metallica are simply amazing. They're a band that will be remember for years to come, like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, etc.

You can't categorize over 20 million fans into the handful you've bumped into. And if you think Lou Reed is better than Metallica, you need your ears checked and some serious education on music.

I am a Metallica fan and I know who is Lou Reed. Lou Reed has great songs such as perfect day etc.. but in my opinion it was nice that Metallica wanted to make an album with someone else artist but they shouldn't have put it in Metallica's name because Metallica isn't really that what they are doing. I love the first 5 albums, and the rest are OK but Lulu isn't because it's not Metallica, it's Lou Reed's Project With Metallica.

I am a Metallica fan but not a fanboy, they are the stupid ones. Lou Reed is a legend in his own rite but if you listen to the album he did with Metallica, you will agree that it is terrible.

I'm a Metallica fan but the hardcore ones get all emotional when someone tells them Metallica sucks and I hate it when they say that St. Anger is an underrated - no it's not, the album is terrible and stop convincing yourself that it's good.

first off not all metallica fans are like that. most of us cant stanndd Lulu. i personally dislike it myself but then again metallica arent as good as they once were. it depends upon the individual fan as to my opinion of them.
