BA: He has MORE bands? Whew, I'm really not sure. I'll have to look into them!

BA2: "Bros" is heavenly.

BA3: Depends on the mood I'm in. If I'm feeling hazy and freaked out, I'll probably reach for my vinyl copy of Revolver...but if I'm in a particularly happy mood and need to calm the **** down, Joy Division will be my first choice. Two great bands!

I agree with you that David Bowie: A Reality Tour, and Bowie's VH1 storytellers are amazing.

I'll have to say that I've loved all of the live shows from my favourite musicians. Bowie, Queen, Lou Reed, Eurythmics, and even Mika.

Hard Rock -- Deep Purple Made In Japan ( hands-down !! )

Symphonic Prog -- Yessongs ( the first album that got me into Prog :)

All-Around Prog -- Ange - Tome VI ( French Dudes )

So many other is from the 1970s, that are "Golden" imo --

Lou Reed - RnR Animal -- AGREED !! I LOVE IT, how they re-arranged the original studio cuts -- I mean Live "Heroin" is much more CATHARTIC (imo) than the original..

Humble Pie - Filmore

Mountain - Twin Peaks

AC/DC - If You Want Blood

J. Geils - Full House ( a diamond in the rough :)

Grand Funk - 1st Live Album

Grateful Dead - Every Freaking Live Album lol

so many... so many...

From the 80s --- mmm... Gorsh !! Too many from then, as well.

HEY !! How come Osbourne's Sabbath NEVER made a Live Album ????

feeling itchy... must find spoon and matches... ;)

Edit --

"Mike H"... YOU ANIMAL !! AWESOME LIST !!

btw... Try the one after "David Live"... "Stage" -- It's his Station to Station tour, but he drops the backup singers from "David Live" -- Still great, if your a fan of his 70s work !! :)
