OK pal, you came to the right place.

In 1967 there was a guy called Arthur Brown, the grandfather of Theatric Psych Rock (Before Bowie, Alice Cooper, Peter Gabriel or Ozzy)

His first band "The Crazy World of Arthur Brown" was one step beyond everybody and you will have the surprise of finding a 16 years old Carl Palmer in the drums (Well, he's masked)

Here's the video of "Fire" after this song Arthur was baptized as "The God of Hell Fire"

If you liked it, here you have the classic "I Put a Spell on You" by Screaming Jay Hawkins performed by Arthur Brown, first music only (You have to listen that Hammond on studio) and then his insanity on stage

Well, he's not on the verge of being insane, THIS IS PURE INSANITY

Nico is one strange lady, who you've probably heard of if you have listened to The Velvet Underground's debut. Her most acclaimed album is Chelsea Girl, which is quite soft in comparision with her darker works, such as The End... which is one of the creepiest albums I have ever heard. It also has a tribute to Jim Morrisson "You Forget To Answer," one of the standouts, and she also does an amospheric cover of The End, by The Doors.

Tom Waits is pretty bizarre.Alice Cooper's album Welcome To My Nightmare is kind of about battling insanity.
