Well, it may not be interesting, but I tried my best. And most people here seem to like Iron Maiden anyways, so that's what made me choose this band.

If you had to make an Iron Maiden compilation album of their ten best songs in your opinion, which songs would go on the album?

BQ: What would the album cover be?

BQ2: What would the name of your compilation album be?

My compilation has somewhat of a hipster vibe for not having classics such as The Trooper, Hallowed by Thy Name, Run to the Hills, Wasted Years, etc. But I've always preferred what I guess you can't say are very obscure, but less celebrated Iron Maiden tracks. If you start getting into the really lesser known stuff, you start digging into the weaker material, and that's something I don't want to do within 10 tracks.

The last track is probably my number one Maiden track, I know Hallowed by Thy Name comes up with a lot of fans as being the best, but this is actually one that I've never been as crazy about as much as others.

1. Paschendale

2. Murders in Rogue Morgue

3. The Prisoner

4. Revelations

5. Flash of the Blade

6. The Clairvoyant

7. Remember Tomorrow

8. Where Eagles Dare

9. Alexander the Great

10. Rime of the Ancient Mariner

BQ- I'm not sure, but I know it would feature a dull and blurry image of Eddie on card-stock.

BQ2- Cool Iron Maiden mix. Not very creative, but it's all I can think of at the moment, and let's just say it's not retail.

Not necessarily their "best," per se, but my favorites:

1. The Wickerman

2. 2 Minutes to Midnight

3. Aces High

4. The Trooper

5. Different World

6. El Dorado

7. Wasted Years

8. Mother of Mercy

9. The Number of the Beast

10. Hallowed be Thy Name

The album title would be "Cross to Bear" and the cover would be Eddie being crucified on a hilltop while the ground is splitting open beneath him.

Rainmaker

Brave New World

The Evil That Men Do

To Tame A Land

The Number of the Beast

Different World

Hallowed Be Thy Name twice more because it's ******* awesome.

The cover would show some sort of battlefield or cityscape with as many of their album covers incorporated as I could.

If I think of a title for it, I'll come back and edit this.

EDIT:

It'd be called 'The Sign of the Very Cross Indeed'!!
