Question:
David Bowie, Todd Rundgren, or Brian Eno, and why?

Don't just blindly say 'David Bowie' without backing it up, because you'll look extremely vapid. Trust me. I've been in the situation.

I think, at the moment, Eno is my favorite. He was more experimental than the others (although...I don't know, I guess Todd is on the same level of experimentation) and his early albums were definitely more innovative than Bowie's. Maybe image-wise they weren't, but they certainly were music-wise. His stuff was much more varied, usually, too. And he was the forefather of ambient music.

So this is my order:
1. Eno
2. Todd Rundgren
3. Bowie

However, I love all three.

BQ: Lou Reed vs. those three?
BQ2: Favorite Eno album?
BQ3: Favorite Bowie album?
BQ4: Favorite Todd Rundgren album?
BQ5: Limp Bizkit is on the radio right now...why does my dad listen to this garbage? It's their cover of "Behind Blue Eyes", too...my God, he can't sing for his life.

Damn, and saying my religion requires me to choose Bowie isn't much of an explanation? :/.

Well, fine. I really like Eno. He's done tons of great experimentation, was more innovative, and..honestly probably more (don't shoot me, anyone) talented than Bowie.

I can't say I've listened to Todd extensively..but..he's absolutely my favourite producer ever, so that's gotta count for something, right? Besides that, I love what I HAVE heard, so..

But Bowie, even if he's not the most talented, necessarily, still grabs me a lot more than either of the other two. Just..from the first minute I listened to his music, my mind was completely blown. While I'm undoubtedly impressed by the other two, there's no "holy crap, holy crap" moment there for me.

So Bowie.

But like you, I love all three.

BA: Yeah, you know what? Screw you, they're all tied now. That's what you get for adding a fourth hero of mine to this list. :/.

BA2: Everything That Happens Will Happen Today, right now.

BA3: ..right now, Station to Station. Or Heathen.

BA4: Initiation, I suppose.

BA5: Play your music louder? :/.

David Bowie, because the other two don't captivate my mind as much as he has. He has the experimental songs, poppy ones, sentimental, and everything else. He has no bad album (the 80's never happened, it's all a hoax), a great voice, personality, and sense of humor. Plus he's also the Thin White Duke, Ziggy Stardust, and Major Tom.

1. Bowie

2. Eno

3. Rundgren

BQ: Bowie :)

BQ2: Another Green World, yes it's his most "accessible" but it's still my favorite

BQ3: Right now it's Station to Station

BQ4:Wizard, A True Star

BQ5: Transport yourself to Uranus, haha.

David Bowie because he took rock to a whole new level with his glam look and his experimental music I espeacially like his stuff like Hunky Dory and The Man Who Sold the World cause it seems like he tried to do different things on those compared to other stuff I also like Brian Eno but not nearly as much as David Bowie and I havent really heard Todd Rundgren so I cant judge

BQ Bowie beats him but Lou Reed beats the other 2

BQ2 My Life in the Bush of Ghost w/David Byrne

BQ3 Hunky Dory but Ziggy and Man Who Sold the World come close

BQ4 ????

BQ5 EEEKK! why would they cover such a good song they suck!
