So, I'm not going to lie, I think Jason should get credit, but he shouldn't be an official member. It's been Mike, Billie Joe, and Tre for 20+years, I get that Jason has been there a lot, but it's weird.
On the AP cover, it was just them three, inside on the article, it was just them three, no Jason.
However he was on the little book thingy for the trilogy. It could have been to just take up space, but, idk.
Then I read that both Billie Joe and Rob Cavallo said he was an unofficial 4th member. but does that mean Jason Freese and Jeff Matika are the unofficial 5th and 6th members?
And I think Jason said something about being honored to be the 4th member of a trio.
I have no hate to Jason, but in my heart, on all posters, on album covers, t shirts, coaster, necklaces, everything, Green Day is Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool, and Mike Dirnt.

I completely agree with you! He has done a lot but they shouldn't be adding someone new to the band. I has been just the three of them for so long that it just feel weird to even think of an official 4th member.

NOOOOO. he surely isn't an reputable member of eco-friendly Day. I advise on level yeah he performs some guitar because it is in simple terms too a lot for Billie Joe anymore, yet he would not do each thing. i do not count number him and that i in no way will. in spite of in the experience that they formally upload him into the band -which they received't- I received't count number him.
