I am like obsessed with Korn. Thru I-tunes, I pretty much have every one of their songs. But I have to say, why does their new stuff, (SYOTOS, Untitled,) suck so badly? If there are any new albums coming out, do they suck as badly? (Not like anyone would know, but I was just hoping...)

I've wondered this myself, and yeah their first album is great, even if you're not a Korn fan in general. I pretty much agree with the person who made the comment about how stuff got worse when Head left the band. I think it's awesome how he became a born-again Christian, but it's a shame at the same time he left the band. But obviously he had a higher calling, so as a Christian myself I have to say that's definitely the right move he made. But he sure DID contribute a lot to the band, and helped them have the style they were known for.

Maybe part of it is the fact they're getting older or running out of ideas for new music and figured that playing less heavy sounding, more mainstream sounding stuff, will be a good idea. Personally I think that idea sucks. haha. They could still have some softer songs, but retain the heaviness they had with older albums. But speaking of age, there are guys in bands that are older than the members of Korn that play music that's way heavier in general. I just mentioned the age thing since it seems to be the case sometimes with bands. How they play more mainstream or less heavy stuff as time goes on. One last thing I wanted to say is how Korn seems kinda greedy now, at least more so than in the past. It seems like they're making music more for money, than trying to make good music with a lot of passion and thought behind it, like with their older stuff. And when that happens with a band, it really is a shame and it's probably best they stop being a band if they're in it mostly for the money.

Korn hasn't really evolved much, plus the musicianship has basically stayed the same and become too repetitive. Plus the lyrics really haven't changed and i think when Head left, the sound became weaker.

Well, what do you expect from Nu Metal anyway? The style always seems to change and you can hardly compared any two Nu Metal bands with each other because every Nu Metal band sounds different.

idk, it's cuss with korn they haven't really been trying to go for the whole head banging experience but more of a "Chill" experience.

I personally blame the chick from Evanescence for all of this whatever the hell her name is.
