Do you like the bands for Warped Tour 2012?

So far, I think last year had MUCH better bands like Sum 41, August Burns Red, A Day To Remember...

This year, the bands announced so far aren't really well known besides like Mayday Parade,
Sleeping With Sirens, Chelsea Grin, and Bless The Fall.

I'm not too crazy about the bands that are official this year. The only I really care for so far are Mayday Parade, Sleeping With Sirens, blessthefall, Twin Atlantic, and Tonight Alive.



BUT there are many bands that haven't been released that are confirmed (whether through interviews or personally) that they would be playing this year. That list includes:

Pierce the Veil

Breathe Carolina

The Ghost Inside

Of Mice & Men

You Me at Six

Forever the Sickest Kids



All Time Low & We the Kings have hinted that they will be playing Warped, but there is no confirmation.

Last time I checked well known does not necessarily mean better. The fact that A Loss For Words, Title Fight, Man Overboard, and Make Do and Mend are playing makes it 100x more respectable than last year. Besides, not all the announcements have even happened yet so it's unfair to truly compare this year to last anyway. Wait till they make the final announcements and then complain if you still feel the need to.

If Sum 41, August Burns Red and A Day to Remember are MUCH better, you know the tour is pretty bad

The fact that they have Make Do and Mend automatically makes it better than last year, it's just unfortunate that they're going to be compared to the generic metalcore bands Vans is bringing in. Title Fight, Every Time I Die, and Polar Bear Club are also decent. Better than last year's so far, hopefully they bring in more variety.

The only band that i really like is Chelsea Grin but i'm really hoping that better bands are going to be announced soon.

I only want to see Mayday Parade as of now. Still waiting for Yellowcard to be announced, as well as You Me at Six, All Time Low, Breathe Carolina, and New Found Glory. (they're all basically confirmed)

I haven't heard of most of those bands, but the ones I have heard of are awful
