There are many recording & music industry people who like to share their knowledge & experience. Would if make a difference if you knew that your music questions here on Yahoo Answers were answered by a Grammy voting member, CEO of a record label, or a professional from the industry?

No. If you arent making music from the should you are not making music for the soul. Bottom line.

Thats peoples problems when it comes to making music is they think too much about that when they do and them music is worse because of it.

Thats what having insane technology like radio, internet, and ipods do it makes people too self conscious because they hear the best artist in the world and think they have to do the same or better to be a fulfilled musician.

The only way i can make great music is to forget everything (i still keep my influences in mind).

Yes, but not for the reasons you think. The Grammy's are a joke and most record labels are a joke, I wouldn't want Grammy voters and CEO's answering my questions at all.

No. I don't believe any one associated with the Grammys knows anything about music.
