Classic rock ( 60's, 70's, 80's ) vs today's mainstream "rock"?

When I was first made into Arda, the music I heard was songs of the Ainur. But when time passed by, I heard songs with hypnotizing melodical riffs as you call them. I praise them more than Melkor himself! But now, I want to eradicate myself from Arda. All I hear now is that simpleton cretin Justin Bieber and lesbianist star Miley Cyrus and sexually confused trio Jonas Sisters. eehem * brothers.

Why do people say hair metal ruined rock and Kurt Cobain saved it? These people obviously don't know what rock is about. Guess what, a huge part of rock has always been about shaking your *** and driving little girls wild. Pretentious little art fags are not rock and roll. I'm not an 80's hair metal guy, but the whole grunge phase is really overrated. Classic rock wins.

Top forty mainstream music officially became crap after 1977. Punk nearly saved us but the hair metal bands had done too much damage. Kurt Cobain came along and we thought all was good again. Then he died and we were back to square one. Today it's all about indie music, the rest sucks.
