Ok so I know in early 09 they were gonna get new singer and **** but they cancelled it. I read on a site that jpj said that he was recording with some people. I thought this might mean Zeppelin. What's some opinions on this?

Eh not really
it could of ment jpj was doing his own project. Besides if they did reunit with a new singer, it wouldn't be as good as plant's voice. His voice is what made Zeppelin. Its kinda in a way like Journey's new singer. Sure he sounds like Steve alot but he just can't do the notes like Steve could. To me if the original people either die or don't want to have anything to do with the band, no matter how hard they try its not the same. *queen for example freddy died, they found new singer, now Queen kinda blows without Freddy*

Sorry, Friend, as much as we'd all like that to happen, for now, and possibly for the rest of time, IT ISN"T HAPPENING. JPJ is probably on his own project. Although Myles Kennedy isn't a bad vocalist, it wasn't meant to be. And, anyone who says Robert can't hit notes anymore, BULLSHIT! He hit them on Raising Sand AND the O2 show pretty damned well.

Yeah weird, I just heard on the radio that they're gonna be playing at the Red Rocks here in Colorado. I thought I just misheard, but I'm pretty sure that's what the radio said. Hmm...I wonder if they went ahead and found a new singer anyways...

Sadly it's not gonna happen. Jimmy Page's manager said "The band tried out a few singers, but no one worked out, that was it. So I'm going to take an educated guess and say...it's not going to happen. Never.
Unless....

Robert Plant is irreplaceable, so there really is no point.
