Nice! I love playing in DADGAD -- it's got both an Eastern and a Celtic sound to it, and jamming around on it usually produces some interesting results. I'd recommend studying the works of Bert Jansch and Davey Graham closely -- Graham, in fact, was the one who popularized the style after travelling through Morocco and changing his guitar's tuning to play the Middle Eastern music that he heard.
