Everyone's being so mean Fingertoes, oh no! Well I don't have a best friend, but of all my friends I don't know a single one who listens to my music, so no discussion for me!

BQ: I don't really talk to anyone, anymore or answer many questions but I suppose at one time I did have a best, dearest, closest friend here. Their music taste was similar but different. We did bond/discuss/argue/agree to disagree (often agree to agree) over music.

Um, she likes mostly Post-Hardcore and Metalcore. But she likes a ton of different music. She listens to Classic rock to indie rock. So we so have some similarities. She likes my favorite band! We argue sometimes and agree sometimes, but it's all good.

Fingertoes i will accept as true with despite the fact which you assert. Why do no longer I honestly have Unknown Pleasures even nonetheless exhilaration branch is my prominent band? Why do I honestly have King Of The coastline when I hate Wavves? i admire Fleet Foxes debut, yet not often pay attention to it. She's into pop-punk, i'm into heavier stuff. We don't argue much, it's hopeless ;) we meet in the middle with some bands so talk about those, and i'm willing to listen to what she has to say about her music if she will listen to what i have to say about mine. One of my best friends is pretty much the same as me though, that's great to have.

A lot different. We do have some artists in common, especially in regards to hip hop, but usually our tastes are quite different. To be honest, I'm the only one I know that listens to about 90% of the artists I like, which is quite a shame.

my best friend has a lot in common with me with music. except she like 80's hair bands a lot, and i don't so much (unless guns n roses counts as 80s hair band, then yes). but we do like a lot of the same bands. and yes, we tend to argue about a band being better than another and whatnot...

My best friend and I are like the same person. We both like alternative and rock while all of are other friends like pop music. We bond and agree on music, the reason she is my best friend is because we are exactly alike, liking the same music makes us even closer.

hahah well i have 2 bestest buddies so i'll answer for both of them(:

one of them is more into like classic metal & rock & whatnot, & she's reeeallly into like ska & 90s punk.

the other one is a bit more of a hipster hahah & she's really into 80s hardcore punk, extreme & stoner metal haha.



we find middle ground on like so many bands though, & we show each other bands like nobody's biz haha & we've been in a band together pretty much since when we met which was the beginning of high school.

My best friend and I mostly like the same music. Except when it comes to screamo and bands like Avenged Sevenfold. I love that music but he just can't stand it. We both like Rise Against and I recently introduced Funeral For A Friend for him and he kind of liked that kind of music.

Hmm, she and I have some bands in common (mainly bands that I showed her) but for the most part we haven't heard of each other's favourite bands. I'm friends with one guy that has a similar taste to me, it's actually why we started talking.
