Gilbert O'Sullivan - Alone Again (Naturally) ALWAYS makes me cry for several reasons.
In one cinema, they always play this song before the movie starts and one day I went to the cinema with a group of people and it was very hard to keep the tears away fro them to say the least :P
Also, Simon & Garfunkel - Bridge Over Troubled Water makes me teary-eyed, Art's voice is amazing and so is Paul's lyrics and melody :)
Oh and there is a Russian composer, Borodin and he has this amazin track, it's called 'Polovtsian dances' and when the choir starts singing.. It's just breathtaking!
I couldn't find the singing version on YouTube though, we had to listen to it in school and we had an amazing version of it!

Old Shep would do it, but I prefer the version by Townes van Zandt.
Everybody Hurts by R.E.M. does it too.
