I think they went to far. I mean, the MADD presentations do very little to discourage students, as we're all desensitized anyhow, but what the school officials did was irresponsible. Presenting stuff is fine, talking about D&D is fine, but don't **** with people's emotions, especially by telling them that their friends have died. That's stupid, IMO.

I don't think they went too far. Drunk driving accidents and deaths are so common and to teach kids not to drink and drive, they had to scare them just for them to not drink and drive.

I'm not really sure. Like one of the students said, it's not fair to play with people's emotions like that...but it could be the one thing that keeps them from doing stupid stuff.

Whoa that is way too far. I actually knew a kid whose whole family was killed by a drunk driver last year. That's just wrong.
