Mostly, all these bands have a depressive mood, so they'll all do. + check out Novembers Doom, not actually black metal, but they're atmospheric depressive doom metal, and they're simply awesome.

Hate to say it, but Burzum's Daudi Baldrs is pretty depressing. It was written and recorded while Varg was in jail in Norway for murder. I think he was at his breaking point when he did this.
