So. I like what I've heard of The Killers' music, but I am absolutely positive that the main person singing in Runaways and Bones is not the same person as the one singing in Mr. Brightside and Somebody Told Me. I know Brandon Flowers is the lead singer, so who else sings in the band? Because if you listen to the songs and watch the videos for Mr. Brightside and Somebody Told Me, it's definitely not him. Forgive if this is a stupid question--I've only just started getting into their music and don't even have any of their CDs yet. Thanks!

Brandon Flowers is the lead singer

Like any other band they have back up singers and the other members of the band are Dave Keuning, Mark Stoermer and Ronnie Vannucci

They have four albums: Hot Fuss, Sawdust, Day and Age, and Sam's Town

They're going to be releasing their fifth album: Battle Born

Why would you think it's not him???

He sings lead vocals on every Killers song (at least on their albums). The only exception being "Tranquilize", which is a duet with Lou Reed... but Brandon still sings half the lead.

But as everyone else said, pretty much everyone else in the band/with the band sings background vocals.

Brandon Flowers. His vocal style has kinda changed since their first album, but he's always been the lead singer. Virtually every other member in the band provides backing vocals.

When I saw them, pretty much everyone did backing vocals including the touring musicians. And Brandon Flowers definitely didn't kill himself. That was their sax player
