How do you feel about self promotion here on Yahoo Answers?

Question

Just wondering your opinion on it. Some people get pissed off and annoyed with the promotion of my YouTube channel on here, and some people are glad to find out about my channel when I suggest a few videos for them to go watch.

Don't give a **** really. It's the internet, this is.. this site. There's a ton of bs on here, and people ready to be offended everyday. In fact, I enjoy the random bs on this site xD I can't find that in real life anywhere as easily as on sites similar to this

Eh, self-promotion I think is pointless because SO many people do it on here, it's just like "Oh hey, look, another one *skip* annnndddd another one...*skip*".



Asking for critiques though is another matter, since people are always eager to put in their two cents.

I don't really feel one way or another, but Y!A doesn't really appreciate it. It might consider it unsolicited, brand it as a violation of the guidelines and delete the posts
