How Can I Form A "Love Metal" Band like the band "H.I.M.?"?

I want to start a "Love Metal" band like the Finnish band H.I.M. However, I don't know how to... I don't know what kind of music training I need, I don't know how to find other boys my age (16) who will play in my band, I don't know how go professional. Can someone please help me? I'd greatly appreciate it.

No one can be like Him, they are in a league of there own. You need to find people with the same interest in music as you and then see what happens! There's nothing wrong with the name Him, it was shortened from His Infernal Majesty!
