Where are the old school regulars?

Most of them are all here. Other than just a small smattering, the old school bunch has reconvened for whatever reason. Must be something in the air lately. For purposes of this discussion, we can call old school regulars those that appeared here during calender year 2007 or before.



Billy Idol rocks, so I'll go with him too. That's old enough for me.

Old school when I was growing up stopped around 1971. Now, the "classic rock" stations play Journey, and Gerry Rafferty's Baker Street. Go figure.



My definition of old school is Creendence Clearwater Revival.

Oh yeah... the feuds come and go. I finally learned not to pay them too much mind. People who want to be here can be, and if not... then not. And I've been here a TON the past couple of days! (avoiding work! lol - it's not working...)



So okay... there is a question here ;-) My favorite old school band... Grateful Dead. Still love 'em after all these years. Neil Young, too. And others... but not many who date back as far as those two.

Led Zeppelin is number one...

I have so many favorite "old school" bands...Deep Purple, Humble Pie, Caravan, Ten Years After, UFO, The James Gang, Jethro Tull, Black Sabbath, The Who, Pink Floyd, BOC, Cream, Mountain, Uriah Heep, Savoy Brown, Camel, Budgie, and Grand Funk Railroad come to mind :)



*Yeah...YUKU got a little boring for me too. I think I've logged in once during the last 6 months...not missing a whole lot...no disrespect to anyone.

When I think of old school, I think of The Rolling Stones, Ted Nugent, Deep Purple, Foghat, Mountain, Thin Lizzy, Brownsville Station, CCR, etc. I guess out of all of those CCR is my favorite.
