Okay, i have not seen one of these in a long time. I realize this may not get many answers. It's pretty much just for the most bored of the bored.
Okay, now here is how we do this. Go to...
iTunes--->File--->New Smart Playlist--->Uncheck the option that says "Match the following rule"--->Check "Limit To" option and in the box type the number 20---->Click Okay.
(This can also be done on Windows Media Player, Rhythmbox, and others just FYI)
