I wasn't round for Elvis or Jimmy, so no remark on the ones. I did not discover out approximately Marvin Gaye till good into my 20s, and the truth that I'm no longer keen on his paintings, avert me from commenting on that one as good. When it involves Tupac or Biggie, I do not think they had been "the exceptional" earlier than they died, and I do not think they're the exceptional. They had been well, sure, however no longer the exceptional. One you forgot to say: Kurt Cobain. I love Nirvana, however I will say that I think Nirvana obtained greater AFTER Kurt's demise. I see wherein your query is coming from. Good stuff.

Not bad but don't forget the lead guitarist of Def Leppard Steve Clark. He died in 1991 of alcoholism.

Warren Moon, George Harrison, the original singer of AcDc (prior to Bakc in Black) Syd Barrett, the original singer and songwriter of Pink Floyd. He also was the inspiration of Wish you were here. ( I'm counting him because he lost his sanity which is similar.)
