How would i go by booking a US tour?

Im helping a UK Band book a Us tour here. They Have A Big US following. They Want to come out in November - January. But Ive only done single shows here locally not like full Tours. Any tips? or Advice on this?

You will have to talk to the band to find out what states they would like to travel to. Definately include more than one venue in California (2-3), and more than one in NY, TX, and possibly FL. Then you have to find a place to in the city you would like to play in, call them, and set something up.



For instance (I live in Dallas), I would call Superpages.com Center, and talk to them about it. It IS a lot of work, and unless the band is semi-famous it may be hard to get into the bigger venues. It will also cost money, but you will hopefully get that and more through sponsors and tickets.

Until you can prove that you can bring people into the stadium or club, no one will want to risk the big money on you
