Can all you people tell me about the personality of Freddie Mercury, lead singer of Queen?

Aside from the fact he was the greatest singer ever born (at least in my opinion) with at least 3 octaves? Oh, and he was gorgeous - looking? hehe!
I already know he was supposedly gay or bisexual and I know all the songs he wrote. I'm just looking for some facts or things I might not know.

Freddie Mercury was a rare breed of genius. He will never be matched. A unique and iconic lover of life and singer of songs. Freddie was very shy. It is hard to believe, being his stage persona was so enigmatic. He was born on Sept 5, 1946 to Persian (Parsi) Parents in Zanizabar, Tanzania, North Africa. He was educated at St. Peters Boarding school in Panchagani, India from ages 7-16. He stood, 5-9 inches tall, weighing less than 160 lbs with Black hair and Brown eyes. Moved to the UK, at 17 with his parents fleeing from a Zanibari revolution. He received a graphic arts degree from Ealing College. He created both the name and crest for his band Queen. His zodiac sign is Virgo, and his star is Mercury, which he remamed himself from Farrokh Bulsara to Freddie Mercury. His favorite flowers were freesias and blue moon roses. He loved Japan and all things Japanese. His favorite thing to do was to play with his cats. He best loved cat was Delilah and he wrote a song for her on the last Queen album, Innuendo, before he died. He often, on the road would call to talk to the cats on the phone. His song Love of My Life, was written for Mary Austen, his best friend and former lover. He called himself a Persian Poppin Gay in only one interview. He was very sensitive and valued loyalty in a friend. He either blew hot and cold and said he did not ever use half measures. He was a person of extremes. He believed in all or nothing. His lover Jim Hutton, Peter Freestone were the last 2 people to see him before he died. When he died, so he wouldn't be alone (he hated to be alone), either Peter or Jim put a Teddy Bear in the Body Bag with him before he was removed from his home. He was a man who never rested on his laurels and always sought out love and was commited to his audience and his music.

I recently went to Barnes and Noble and read about Queen. Freddie was the one who could take a song idea and make it work. He was the only one in the band that thought "Another One Bites the Dust" would be a hit. He was moody, but loved music and loved to tour.

a kid called him "bucky" at boarding school and he boxed so freddie beat the crap outta him and the schoolmaster caught them and made fred cut his hair as punishment.
