Don't you hate it when album listing will not come up on Windows media player? What can be done- complaint?

I've just bought a 'Kelly Clarkson' album for my 9yr old and ripped it to windows media, updated windows media information via the net and there is still no track listing coming up.
I'd like to say- DON'T buy Kelly clarkson stuff- but don't know if its the cd label she is using- I'm really PI**ed at it.

What can I do and who do I complain to and why do they do this- its frustrating.

I hate Win media player with a passion! I never have that problem with Winamp except maybe for the very very obscure. If you have a tag editor (every mp3 has a tag associated to it) you can edit your own playlist.

Yep, i had the same problem with the recent Lostprophets album, the Betrayed. Eventually i just put the album info in myself.

I have no idea maybe the cd doesnt have the information on it ... i think this is why some of the albums on my wmp are like this
