Are the Yeah Yeah Yeah's any good?

In a band, I look for good, deep, or clever lyrics. I hate shallow party bands. Sorry I know like nothing about them. Are they good? Do they fit my standards?

They have a couple good songs, including "Maps" and "Date With The Night" which I particularly like, but other than that everyone has their opinions so you should check 'em out yourself. Check those songs out for reference!

Yes!!! I actually just got into them recently and fell in love. They have very good lyrics. Although, sometimes they don't seem very deep, it takes more listening to realize that they are! They are definitely not a shallow party band. I recommend you listen to them if you like Alternative/Rock music.



Some of my favorites are "Gold Lion," "Zero," "Y Control," "Hysteric," "Shame and Fortune".... basically all songs! :)

I don't like them very much. The songs are slow and don't seem to have that much melody.
