Mine are in order of amount:

Iron Maiden (x5)
Black Sabbath (x3) (1 one with Ronnie, 2 with Ozzy)
Metallica (x3)
Dio (x2)
Deep Purple (x2)
Pantera (x2) (One with Dime, one without)
Judas Priest (x2)
Motorhead (x2)
Megadeth (x1)
AC/DC (x1)
Page & Plant (x1)
Testament (x1)
RHCP (x1) (Walked out half way through, was so boring and effortless)
Velvet Revolver (x1)
Anthrax (x1)
Aerosmith (x1)
UFO (x1)
Machine Head (x1)
Slayer (x1)
Disturbed (x1) (Horrible concert)
Possessed (x1)

And my favourite out of all of those were Black Sabbath! Truly enjoyed it. I was bummed when it ended, had a great seat on all 3 aswel. They were all excellent apart from RHCP and Disturbed.

Cinderella (x1)

Ratt (x1)

FireHouse (x1)

Quiet Riot (x1) [this band wasn't that good live at all]

BB King (x2)

Buddy Guy (x1)

Tommy Castro (x1)

The Fabulous Thunderbirds (x1)

Scorpions (x1)

Whitesnake (x1)

Dokken (x1) [not that good live...since they didn't have George Lynch mainly]

Badfinger (x2) [it's more like Joey Molland performing his old band's songs, since he's the only living member]

Mountain (x1)

Yngwie Malmsteen (x1) [not bad live when I saw him, but he still plays fast far too often]

Allman Brothers Band (x1)

Out of those I've seen live, I'd say that Cinderella and Buddy Guy were probably my favorite. Also, my first concert ever was BB King, Buddy Guy and Tommy Castro. My second concert was Scorpions, Whitesnake and Dokken...overall, they were both two of the best concerts I've been to, but I still preferred the show that Cinderella put on compared to those six different artists.

BQ: Iron Maiden...but I also love Dio, UFO, Black Sabbath (w/Dio on vocals, but their music was still great with Ozzy--the vocals just weren't as great as with Dio).

Also, did you see Dio with Vivian Campbell on guitar?
