about the mcr mailing list...?

Question

who among you here is a member of the mcr mailing list... when you join the mailing list, they will send you an e-mail that you have to reply right?? after replying, they will send you again another e-mail, what is written in that e-mail??? because i accidentally deleted mine... are there any important things written in there???
